We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available for sale.

In rare circumstances a product may become unavailable after your order has been placed. In such cases we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or legitimate business use and not for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include delivery charges, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

As we source products from third party suppliers, despatch timescales may vary depending on supplier availability and lead times. We strongly recommend that you do not book contractors, installers, or tradespeople until your goods have been received and inspected. We are not liable for any contractor costs, installation costs, or project delays arising from late or delayed delivery.

We offer Standard Delivery (2–5 working days), with charges calculated at checkout based on the total weight and size of your order. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders are shipped via our approved courier partners. The courier used may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. SECTION 7 — CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, subject to the terms of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED GOODS
